The machine(zp-9) is a single-press type tablet press machine. It can rotate automatically and press tablet continuously.
It makes the granular materials into tablets. It is suitable for laboratory and produce that needs small production capacity.
Suitable raw material requirements for tableting:
1. Dry powder: The raw materials must be dry powder and the moisture content
should be controlled within 5%
2. Fluidity: The raw material needs to have good fluidity (ideally the particle size of the tablet
material is between 20 and 60 mesh)
3. Adhesiveness: if the substance does not have adhesiveness, increase the adhesiveness
4. Does not contain a large amount of fat: can not contain too much fat .
